Valuations and offers

Any indication of value provided through this website, by telephone or by email is provisional. A final offer can only be made after the items have been physically inspected, tested and weighed at one of our branches, and is subject to the live precious-metal price at the time of valuation.

Liverpool Gold will try to beat any genuine local quote but does not guarantee to do so.

Right to sell

By submitting items for valuation, in person or by post, you confirm that you have the legal right to sell them. Photographic identification may be required before any transaction is completed.

We aim to keep information on this website accurate but accept no liability for errors or omissions. Branch details, telephone numbers and email addresses may be updated from time to time.

Postal service

The postal gold-pack service is operated by HighStreetGold. Postal terms are published on the HighStreetGold website and apply in addition to these terms.
